NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -Arrest warrant issued for Actor Daniel Baldwin   

Baldwin failed to appear in Orange County Superior Court on charges that he illegally took another person's car.

"(Baldwin) had an arraignment scheduled, He most definitely did not show up."
said a spokeswoman for the district attorney's office.

According to the spokeswoman, Baldwin was charged with two felony counts in December, 2006 for unlawfully taking a car and receiving stolen property.

Baldwin had been driving a 2003 GMC Yukon listed as stolen in Orange County.

The actor's manager stated to the media, "You guys need to get your facts straight and call us back," and then declined further comment.

Baldwin had been out on bail since his arrest in Santa Monica in November.

If convicted, the actor could face up to three years in prison.
