The Cypress Police Department operates a temporary holding facility only. The jail facility provides booking, detention and supervision of persons arrested in Cypress. The goal of this jail is to provide services that insure the safe and secure detention of inmates pending their transportation to the Orange County Jail.
Huntington Beach Police Department Jail

The HBPD is located on the South East corner of Yorktown and Main. All arrestees booked in the Huntington Beach City Jail are eligible to be released on bail bond, unless specified by warrant, court order, bail schedule, or the level of the inmate's intoxication makes it unsafe to release the inmate.
Irvine Police Department

The Police Department is located at the Irvine Civic Center. The IPD front lobby remains open from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. However the IPD is open to the public 24 x 7. After hours contact can be made via an intercom button at the front door of the police department under the clock tower.
James Musick Jail Facility

The Orange County Sheriff's Department operates the James Musick Facility. The arrestees at Musick are considered to be low security risk and are in jail for crimes such as driving under the influence, minor drug possession, burglary and failure to pay child support. Prisoners who have committed violent crimes or sex crimes are not eligible for transfer to the facility.
