GET BAIL BONDS NOW! HOW BAIL WORKS.

How does bail work?
Bail acts as a guarantee the defendant will appear in court. In exchange, the defendant is released from jail. Someone who is wishing to post bail must pay the entire amount the judge sets, or post a bond by paying 10% of the bail amount to a bond agency like Buffy/Sparacino Bail Bonds, Inc.

How much will it cost?
Bail bonds require 10% of the total bail amount be paid. This varies by the amount bail is set at. Payment plans are accepted to fit your personal needs.

How should I pay for a bond?
Any way that works best for you. Cash, credit, check, money order, even Western Union. If you need other options, please call us at 408 928-2245. We can work it out.

How long will it take to get my friend/relative/spouse out of jail?
It depends on the jail, and how long the bond takes to post. In many cases we arrange for release the same day, within hours of the arrest.

What areas do you serve?
Greg Rynerson Bail Bonds is proud to have served Santa Clara County for 60 years. We are also able to post bonds anywhere in the United States.

Is a cosigner required?
Sometimes, depending on the circumstances and the size of the bond.

What if I have a warrant?
In many cases we can resolve the warrant without the defendant needing to be taken into custody. We also provide warrant searches. In which jurisdictions do you operate? We operate state and nationwide, but Santa Clara County is our primary focus.
