Per Florida Statute, reports are only available to parties' of the crash, the parties' legal representatives, the parties' insurance agents, the State Attorney's Office, radio and television stations, newspapers or any state or federal agency authorized to have access.
If you do not meet this criteria, you are not entitled to the crash report until 60 days after the crash.
